I welcome individuals, couples, and families to dive in gently, wherever you are right now, with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction recovery, and major life transitions — meeting you with kindness, safety, and full presence.
Request an AppointmentTrauma-informed and shame-sensitive, I provide therapy that meets individuals, couples, families, and groups exactly where they are — drawing on the approaches below to fit what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all method.
A non-pathologizing approach that helps you access your calm, compassionate core — and understand the different parts of yourself with curiosity instead of judgment.
An extensively researched trauma therapy that uses bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess traumatic memories and reduce their emotional intensity.
Deepening understanding, communication, and intimacy between partners — including rebuilding trust after affairs, and relationships strained by trauma or addiction.
Working with the body and brain’s own capacity to regulate and change.
Building present-moment awareness and understanding how early bonds shape your patterns.
Exploring how family history, culture, and displacement shape who you are becoming.
Working through anxiety, depression, grief, addiction recovery, and life transitions — building real clarity, steadiness, and confidence along the way.
Strengthening your relationship through assessment and a plan built around what you actually need — including rebuilding trust after affairs, addiction, or trauma.
Repairing ruptures between generations, healing generational trauma, and deepening and strengthening connection.
Others become mirrors — reflecting your patterns, offering steady support, and grounding you in a shared human experience that brings you closer together.
I’ve rebuilt my life more than once. Born in Latvia and raised in Ukraine, I later moved to Poland, then to the U.S. — as an immigrant, a former engineer, and a mother of two. I know what it means to carry loss, navigate uncertainty, and build a new life — because I’ve done it myself.
Today, that blend of strength and flexibility shapes how I show up for every client — whether we’re in the room together or connecting by telehealth.
